Terms Overview

BabelBird Enterprise Drive can provide file management, online collaboration, permission security, AI knowledge bases and system integration through public cloud SaaS, private deployment, desktop clients, mobile apps, APIs and related services. Different service models have different activation methods, license terms, maintenance responsibilities, data locations and service boundaries.

Service Models

Free or trial service Used to experience selected functions; features, capacity, accounts and term follow page notices or administrator settings
Enterprise public cloud BabelBird provides the cloud runtime and customers use SaaS functions through enterprise accounts
Enterprise private deployment BabelBird is deployed in the customer's data center, dedicated cloud or agreed environment
Desktop and mobile apps Upload, download, sync, mapped drive, local editing, mobile access and notifications
API and integration Third-party integration, automation, portal embedding and business-system calls

Priority

If several documents cover the same matter, signed contracts, orders or supplemental agreements usually prevail, followed by official service terms, privacy policy and special rules, and then this explanatory documentation. Mandatory laws and regulations prevail where applicable.

Management Premise

BabelBird permissions, security, approval, sharing, sync and AI features depend on correct configuration of organization, administrators, member accounts, roles, file policies and third-party integrations. Administrator actions directly affect visibility, file flow and data safety.

BabelBird capabilities may change by product version, licensed modules and deployment configuration; actual availability depends on the deployed environment and administrator settings.
